Restorative yoga is a practice done at the end of a long day, in the middle of stressful week or whenever you need to restore balance back into your life, especially when you've been sick. The poses are supported by a variety of props to help bring passivity to the body and mind.

what I had suggested to another member was to just pick one thing at a time... like maybe sending a message or adding a video... and just learn how to do that one thing (either through the instructions in the FAQs or winging it). Then later when you have some time pick something else that looks fun to you and learn that. :) Just approach it as what-you-need-at-the-time.
Breaking it up into small items makes it more manageable than trying to learn the whole site at once. :) and it looks like you're already off to a good start, with your custom profile and everything.
