Where Will You Go????

If we cannot gather here on .ning, where will You go.

I hate to admit it, but I have a Myspace profile....just to keep up with all of the local musicians.

Maybe I'll have to start a serious blog.

What will You do next?

What a day!!!

It was an interesting day for me here in Stevens Point, Wisconsin.

I had an early morning appointment to the doctor, so I borrowed a friend's car to drive to my appointment. While I let the car warm up (with the engine running), I stepped out of the car to scrape the windows. Somehow the door automatically locked with the keys in the ignition and the spare key in the owner's pocket, three-thousand miles away.

No problem: I called my Triple A auto club to get roadside assistance. Smitty's towin… Continue

No high drama

I like to think that I am a no-drama kind of a woman. But then I pulled this stunt:

At the end of September, while living with my boyfriend, I decided to leave. Just leave. You know: while he was away at the office, I got on a Greyhound bus and moved to Wisconsin. I sent a text letting him know that I was gone.

Now I want to go back to him.

What do you think? Should he take me back?

Welcome to Reality, Mr. President-Elect

This essay was sent to me last week. I'm currently reading Bill McKibben's book, Deep Economy for the third time. I like the book so much, that for the second time, I'm participating in a group discussion of this book. Check out McKibben's essay. Maybe we can have some discussion here about *350*.

Hey, you sweet thing:

I just noticed the comment you left on my page a few days ago. I've been starting to visit Tribe Refugees at least once or twice daily now. I'm still getting used to it. Some of the bells and whistles that Tribe had aren't here (yet). There is no notification when I first log in that I have new blog comments, new comment wall messages or comments on photos. I've been back and forth through the E-Mail Settings, but the option to receive some of the notifications I'd like to receive aren't offered (yet).

I'll e-mail you soon. I've been missing you.
