Hey I've got style as I left before they could boot me. To be honest I haven't got that much interest in tribe especially after Darren blocked my IP just after I left. People forget that Darren gets paid so people that put him on a pedestal are fucking idiots.

As I've said in other posts on this site I don't believe anything Darren says any more and Pinkus is simply a full blown bullshitter. From what I remember the original bespoke search facility had it's own dedicated server so I'm not sure what Mark was talking about with regards to it slowing the site down. The truth is that Darren couldn't maintain the old search because he just didn't know enough about it. So we see the spin and bullshit has been going on for quite sometime.

AND at least on this site when I posted something in the forum about Darren and Tribe that the admin felt was not appropriate she wrote to me. Right or wrong at least she had the brains to communicate.

It's all speculation as none of us who were ever unsubbed were either warned by TOU or told why.

the weird thing is i have never been unsubbed, just havent been able to get into my accts for nearly a month ... i miss and loathe tribe at the same time.

To the extent that I have been able to guess at the reasons for my unsubbings, they all stemmed from mentally unbalanced women complaining about me to the TOU GUY.

One of the complainers was admittedly attracted to me and grew very angry and frustrated when I rejected her interests in me.

The other actually sought my advice and my assistance a week before she declared me to be her enemy.

But this is all speculation. No reasons have ever been stated as to why I was unsubbed.

I've never been violent towards a woman in my life. Never had a restraining order taken out. Yet, ironically, I have been unsubbed by a man who admits to at least one restraining order having been taken out against him?

Who the hell hires a guy with restraining orders against him to administer complaints?

if i see that fat fuck or that whore wendy i will seriously ninjapirate smuggle them onto my ship, pour gallons of blood intpo the deepest most shark infested waters i can find (ie sth australia, where i am trapped now) lock them in the brig and call upon the gods and goddesses for the greatest tempests the world has ever seen for their VERY long journey in the BRIG with the cows, horses chickens etc, that are all allowed out to frolic in the sunshine and fresh air (for the tempests only affect the BRIG, nowhere else, we've got smooth sailing and sunshine, while they have thunderbolts and lightning raining down upon them ... ow, metal bars hurt when electrified by lightning, don't they fuckers? now the PRISONERS are forced to eat only shit and drink only the urine of the crew and the animals ... as a treat i'll toss them the skankiest mingiest leftovers that have been stinking their way in the slops tray once a ... week? fotite? and some salt water ... ha! not fresh water .. oh no no .. that'd be tooooo kind.

we get there, gallllllllllons of blood, dead fish etc are thrown into the ocean to attract the sharks, huge white pointers (yorke peninsula is where they shot some of 'jaws' so i'm thinking there ... lots of reefs as well, sharp ones) ... then we watch as they are pillaged by the tribe crew who have been let down again and again by them (no rape tho ... i'm not that mean, but a certain amount of violence and threatening behaviour is competely acceptable) ... then i push them onto the plank, their blindfolds torn off by the tribecrew, and they look down upon their fate .... and we watch as they slowly but surely are forced to walk the plank as the sharks circle ...

Yes it was a female and a situation I had resolved between she and I with an appology both by phone and in email. BUT sometimes things esculate and get exagerated. BUT this was many months before I was unsubbed.

I have to ask, was the other member who wrote about you, female?
My fiance (who is a sociologist) has noticed that the women get away with TOU violations more often than their male counterparts.
I have personally experienced this (at least) twice.

I was unsubbed on January 15th after I questioned how the money was being spent on January 14th in a PM. Darren did post I was unsubbed in the gold start tribe for stalking or something like that, but although there were some people on tribe who did not like me, there were no issues taking place at that time other then my complaint about the gold star/premium program. The issues I had with people were many months prior to my unsubbing and I had never had a TOU warning for those issues. I did have a TOU warning for starting a tribe about a member who had already started a tribe about me, but that too was also months prior to my unsubbing, I can only assume I was unsubbed due to my questions about how I felt the Premium members were being ripped off. Nearly 1 year later my points still hold true as premium members were lied to and ripped off., I never got the refund Darren posted I would get in the gold start tribe. My interaction with Darren...
When the star stuff got introduced to tribe, I remember pointing out how the star was bigger (in pixels) than the regular dot which threw off the formatting (I thought it's simple to fix, and any web designer would gladly fix it), so I uploaded an alternative to the tribe ideas tribe and got unsub'd to that tribe (obviously by Darren). But maybe I got unsub'd because I pointed out how the star was going to promote elitism, an "us and them" situation - and it did with tribes such as "Gold Star only" ones.
I'd also suggested to not have the star showing, ie people could just donate anonymously.
Anyway... I asked him (via PM) if he did unsub me, and why? No reply.
Therefore he (and the whole star mechanism) lost my respect.
