I think its all bullshit. even with 'new' servers, they have had at least 3 occasions that the 'new' servers.... acted identically to the old ones, with exactly the same issues. Its just like Darren - you cannot trust or rely on anything they say. Besides, they changed their accountability, which just says to me -"we lie just like darren, and we also, are not responsible for ANYTHING that happens here.
The first large lawsuit involving stalking (in the real world) will throw their 'lack of obligation' out the window - will evaporate tribe, and they have no one to blame but their own ineptitude. One one point - when carolyn of tribe employees, said she should be paid for every problem brought to TOU, to cut down on people writing TOU. Well carolyn, thats yer job, so shut up and do it. I said i had sent her THREE letters, yet she did not even have the courtesy to acknowledge receipt of the letter in any way. I told her if it all bugs her so much, they should install a button on their own mail options, so they can click an auto reply to a least let you know your letter got there. Two days later, a friend of mine got one! "We wanted you to know that Tribe has received your letter, altho we cannot promise that it will be read or understood"

Well, at least the ass found the carrot anyway. Now, i propose that they do away with TOU altogether, because it does not enforce removing any egregiousness actions on the part of any of their subscribers.

Tribe TOU has proven to be as uneffective and as uninspired as the lardass with the bag of dorito's that
they replaced. So TOU - shut the hell up and go away. you are not helpful, truthful, or wanted in anyway.
Carolyn even lied when she said she would send me a t shirt. so just ...go...away...

Ha the t-shirt thing!?! So did all those people get their t-shirts? Of course they didn't although I'm sure Darren is still getting paid as are the new guys. The place is reaching it's 'expiry date' fast and perhaps the new guys are a last ditch attempt to save the place? Err, well they're not doing a very good job are they?

LOL At the rate they're going they'd be lucky to get $20 for the domain name!!!

Ongoing database issues

While the move was generally successful and most of the servers are happy, the process has either created or exposed an ongoing instability in the database system. One of the database servers unexpectedly locked up on Sunday, March 8th. We're working through problems this has caused and attempting to fix file system errors that have accumulated over the last few years and that are causing increasingly frequent system locks.

We hope to have this sorted out by sometime tomorrow. Until then please be wary of posting anything that would be difficult to replicate.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Tribe is run by the ASSHAT darren and a bunch of asshole programmers. It fucks up, They fuck up. allow stalkers to run amok, and blame it on others. THEY DO NOT KEEP THEIR WORD, NOR DO THEY GIVE A SHIT ANYMORE, TO EVEN RESPOND - MUCH LIKE A WHOLE STAFF OF DARREN'S!

Do us a favor- get the hell off the can, or just kill Tribe, i am so sick of the platitudes, outright fucking lies and rudeness, but what fries me the most - IS THE SELECTIVE 'HELP'.

The admins. of tribe ONLY FIX OR HELP THOSE WHO KISS THEIR ASS AND WORSHIP THE SERVER LITTERED GROUND THEY WALK ON.

Darren needs his fat ass kicked out of that fucking sinking ship (cause of him, for the most part). The jowled fool uses the tribe.bugs to act like a privlegded and spoiled fat child.

So funny but unfortunately true. Just over a year ago we was given hope that tribe could be reborn. It was never impossible for tribe to be sorted but the incompetence has been going on for years and now has simply turned into bullshit. The nail in the coffin, at least to my mind, was the fees farce. I mean I invited people to tribe that paid the fee and then got fucked around. Needless to say that they are no longer paying members.

Darren may well be a bullshitter but the real fucking idiot in all this is Pincus. Regardless of the fact that I despise buSINess Pincus couldn't manage a 'piss-up-in-a-brewery'. He would be much better off doing a course in wanking instead of playing buSINessman!

As for there being a bunch of devious nasty fuckers at tribe, well that's what it's come to. Yes no doubt there are a few pockets of decent folks over there but I fear they are now the minority.
