We are Happy to announce the 3rd annual outdoor gathering, Orb Festival 2009, in upstate New York at “The New Echo Lake Resort Campground”. This year we are planning a large, quality gathering that will feature some of the best electronic/psytrance artists in the globe with top notch decoration specializing in massive installations, 2 stages, beautiful flea market, tribal drum circles, yoga, meditation, workshops, kids area, designated swimming area, boating, fire circles and food area including vegetarian food Smoothies bar plenty of parking spaces with a well maintained camping site economy cabins and much more .
This nature gathering will take place in Echo Lake. Situated around a secluded spring-fed lake in the midst of a pine forest, this beautiful resort is three hours away from Manhattan in upstate NY. An amazing magical forest on top of a wide lake,
Come and experience the purity of nature and the divine waves of sounds floating around the water, creating an amazing cosmic energy that brings people together!!!

Here at Orb we are working hard finalizing minor details so we can ensure a great and wonderful time with no mishaps at Echo Lake this year. The reason for this email its to remind everyone that we are only 3 weeks away until we are all enjoying by the Lake under the sun dancing to great beats.

There are many ways of making your stay practical and comfortable, we have meal plans for those that don't wish to cook or worry about lugging around extras. Unfortunately there are no more cabins left so its back to basics by pitching your tents and loving the great outdoors Orb Style. For those of you that can't make it for transportation purposes, they can always come on our round trip $30 shuttle bus From NYC to Afton.

The time has come to count down the remaining 9 days till the beats are flowing and we are all dancing under the sun at Orb Festival. All the preparations are going great and according to plan. is a traveling showcase that
provides a unique and wonderful
experience to many individuals free of charge.

With us we bring good vibrations,
a desire to bring about positive
social change, and a will to
continue our mission,
which is to gong the planet.

Our showcase includes 10 Paiste planetary gongs, 24 Tibetan singing bowls, and a variety of other instruments including tings has, bells, dorjes, a rain stick, and a roto sound. The gongs are placed around an individual who sits in our gravity hair with a special type of blindfold on. The instruments are played lightly and carefully for the optimal experience of the person sitting in the chakra tuning chair. The experience lasts 3-5 minutes.

Echo Lake has hosted many music festivals over the years, including the last 2 annual Orb gatherings.

A perfect setting for great music and memorable times!


Shuttle bus:

There is no better way to travel to Orb Festival than in the Bus, reliable, efficient and cost effective, for that purpose Orb Festival has decided to Sponsor half of the bus fair to the Festival. The cost of the tickets will be $30 for a round trip package.
